Title: Smoke Glass Decanter Unusual

Purchased and have not a clue but without much luck i have found nothing similar but still have a feeling it maybe scandinavian in origin hopefully somebody will know of it, Quite a well made piece both parts are numbered no6 on them and are a good weight.
Size is
11" tall x 31/4" square
