Title: Does anyone recognize the etch / signature at the bottom of this whiskey glass?

I'm not going to say what I think it reads lest I misguide the new eyes looking at this. Glass is a rocking / wobbly whiskey glass. Still don't know the proper term for it but it measures about 2 3/4" tall and has the checker pattern in the base (fused?)
