Another unusual vase vase with trailed decoration quite a heavy small piece of glass for its size in horn shape Thinking Stourbridge glass maybe from The Victorian era? Size is 33/4" x 31/2"

it looks threaded on the outside so it's probably a match holder / striker

Never crossed my mind that it might be an item for a purpose other than decorative thanks for the great information much appreciated.
