Title: Vase ID?

Hi,

I picked up this small pink / lilac cased glass vase last week and I was wondering if anyone has seen anything similar as I've not been able to find possible maker yet? It's 4 inches high and diameter and has a polished concave mark on base with very little wear if any

It reminds me a little of Shakspeare glass (Will Shakspeare) - he did use an opal type appearance in some ranges (and particularly in a range called 'opals' which are absolutely superb and mesmerising in  real life)  and also that lilac.
However the base finish and the shape or rather the way it curves towards the base, are not really like his bowls I've seen.

It might be worth investigating a little further though.
