Title: Old cranberry glass vase?
Post by: Tigerchips on October 02, 2018, 01:13:27 AM
Looks old, plenty wear to the base, black frit, bubbles, lines or ripples in the glass, wonky on it's feet. It has a strange dark sharp pontil, like a burn mark, don't know why. Also, near the top of the vase is clear, not sure if it's intentional. About 10 inches high.

The "burn" mark is iron from the pontil rod. It's not uncommon on Victorian glass with sharp pontil marks
