Title: Silver plated basket with turquoise glass liner

11cm high with the handle down. Just wondering how old this might be, 1900? Glass liner is frosted on the outside, looks to be ground down, no pontil mark. Has lot's of bubbles in it so maybe quite old? No marks on the silver plate.
