I also bought these two at the same time, no marks on the , any help would be great. Thanks

Please post different items seperately next time. The millefiore one is a Strathearn closepack. The other is older (rather than new) Chinese

Actually, the second one appears to be Japanese to me.  It probably dates from around 1970.
