The black one is on the Alibaba website as Dalian, although mine appears to be slightly longer.
The red one is probably part of Dalian's camio range. It has a label "Lustre Fluted Vase 40cm-Asst 41022 Made In China for Straits Ltd." Straits are a major supplier of the home and gift industry, based in Accrington, Lancashire.
