Title: Emerald Green Compote - I need help identifying this piece - Thank you.

My thanks and appreciation for any assistance you can give me in identifying the maker of this piece.
This piece is about 6 3/4" tall and about 4 7/8" in diameter at the top.  The base is about 3" in diameter.  The bottom is ground and the glass does have some bubbles.  The color is deep emerald.
