Title: Clichy?

Hello,

I think this one is Clichy; please can someone confirm?

Polished base, slightly concave, some wear around the edge of the base surface. It looks very bright and very clear in reality. Air bubbles are only really visible in photographs

If not, any ideas?

Yes, definitely.  Congratulations.  It has probably been restored at some time as the outer ring of canes vanishes under the curve of the edge.
