i'm looking for information about this vase.

i think it's italian and looking foor the maker.

This is most unlikely to be Murano.  You would expect it to have a flat, polished base if it were.  I would be suspicious that it is a modern Chinese which has been properly finished.  Other possibilities include Japanese and maybe a Scandinavian maker.

I'm veering very much towards well-finished-off-base Chinese myself, Ross. :)
