Title: Art Nouveau Vase? - ID = "Ambiente Zwiesel"

I wonder if anyone can help me identify this Art Nouveau shaped vase, it has got me completely stumped! I have Googled everything I can think of and have drawn a complete blank. I can’t even work out whether it was made yesterday or a hundred years ago. It has all the signs of age including the remains of at least four stickers, so it’s certainly been around the block, but I can’t help thinking that it looks a bit modern. It stands at 9 1/2” inches tall, has a polished rim and a heavy moulded base...that’s dirt inside! It seems to have some kind of painted finish that has worn through in several places, but I can’t find anything similar, any help would be much appreciated.

I don't know if these "Ambiente Zwiesel" vases were made/surface decorated at Zwiesel Germany, or just sold under that brand name...

Thank you Michael, it's been puzzling me for weeks, it's got such an unusual finish.
Now I know why it's covered in the remains of stickers including one on the base from the bar code!  :o
