Title: Unusual old glass item no2???

 ??? This seems like it maybe a drinking glass of sort's but i have not seen one made like this before it has two sharp pontil scar's one on the base in usual place on the concave foot and the other is in the center of the bowl seems to have some age i think would love to know if it is a drinking glass or mixing glass and a rough age if possible .Thanks ???
