Title: Blue multi colored signed glass bowl

We've bought a glass bowl at an auction. The bowl has a signature but the signature is damaged. The bowl has no standing ring on the bottom so it balances. It balances exactly on the signature.
The bowl is made of glass and is mainly blue.
We would like to know whom's signature is on the bottom.

I have seen this signature before.  You might be able to make the signature more legible if you dust it with some cinnamon and then photo without the glare.

The cinnamon was a brilliant idea. I'm very bad at reading signatures, so still can not fully figure out what it is, but it is recognisable now.

Unfortunately I still cannot figure out the name. I keep seeing "....keshan".
Does anyone know who this might be?
