Title: Help Identifying this Bowl

Hello,

I am new to collecting. Is this bowl made by Stevens and Williams? If so what year do you think it was made and what would be the name of the color's and design.

Any help to point me in the right direction is much appreciated!

Welcome to the board. It's late 19th/early 20th and Bohemian, not English and most definitely not Stevens and Williams
