Hi everyone, long time no yak. Someone has asked me if I could ID the pictured items, which I couldn't, so here I am. The balls on top make me think this is a paperweight, though I would have expected it to be solid (smooth bottom) if so. Perhaps cost/time-of-annealing limitations restricted the maximum thickness? I don't recognize the mark, either, which seems to be a stirrup-shaped (U) with a sort of triangle/teardrop inside. The color we insulator collectors would call "straw". Does this look familiar to anyone? Thank you!

These are not paperweights, they are usually in sets of three and more often these days ceramic, they are to stand plant pots on outside to allow free draining.

Hmm, I do have some ceramic pot feet, used for just that purpose-- yes they come in threes, and yes the design looks like it would work for that. Never seen them in glass before. How certain are you? Have you seen these before? I wonder if the mark is just an icon, showing a stylized pot and a drop of water?

No I've not seen glass ones before, but I used to help out at my sisters garden centre where we sold the identical design in glazed ceramic, think I have some in the shed somewhere. The pot with a water drop seems to indicate their use too.
