Title: Help With Teardrop Bottle-Style Artist Vase

Hello All!  This is my second post here and I’m looking forward to sharing information with all of you.  I bought vase at a thrift store and am having a hard time figuring out it’s maker and approx age.  It’s clear with a blue teardrop and I think there are markings in the blue teardrop but I can’t make them out.  Also on the bottom as seen in the attached photos... can gladly provide more as needed.  Any help and insight would be greatly appreciated given I have exhausted my research abilities!  I’m typically fairly good with research, however have a few items I will post in hopes of figuring out their mystery!  (Sincerely, Joe)
