Title: Is this a Blenko Fish Vase

Hi,
This is my first time posting here, so I hope that this is the right way to go about it. I'm trying to identify some glass for my father, and have done several image searches, and the closest that I can find is a Blenko vase.
If anyone can help me to identify the vase, that would be greatly appreciated. I've attached three images below.

I have seen a lot of Blenko.  I have never seen a Blenko fish that stood straight up like that.  At least not one that could be verified.

Thats not to say this fish is any lesser or less valuable.

Ditto. Never seen a Blenko fish that looks like this. Many of Blenko's old catalogs, going back to the 1950s, are available for viewing at Blenko's web site.
