Title: Glass ID please

This is a roughly oval, controlled bubble dish (no bubbles in the base), with pulled lobes, and ashtray type rim indents.  Colours look Czech to me, but I can't identify it.  Anyone?

Yes, that's what I thought.  But I've never seen one with controlled bubbles ...  And the base is polished, but without the slight chamfer at the edge that is so typical of this glass.

This one, also as yet unidentified has the same colours, and same base:
