Title: Bohemian posy basket?
Post by: bat20 on March 13, 2019, 12:41:51 PM
Hi,I'd love to think this 17cm ht vase is one of the big bohemian glass makers, but I'm just wondering if it could be French?I'm thinking late 19th century and if you look at the base shot you can see it has three layers of glass, opal, clear blue and then opal again. It's got a touch of Heidi meets Julie Andrews but it works!thanks.

It looks to be a very close relation to a basket Lustrousstone owns. I think it's still a mystery, but it's a beautifully made thing.
But just in case somebody comes up with something, it's probably a good idea to have both illustrated here.
