Title: Help with Signature ID on Paperweight, ID = R Gandelman, USA

I have been trying to identify the maker of this paperweight but have been unsuccessful - the eyes ain't what they used to be. I would appreciate any help. Thank you.

Thank you. That would appear to fit the bill. Even though he seems to concentrate on Perfume Bottles the design of some of them is so similar to this paperweight. I appreciate your efforts.

I agree that his website focuses on perfume bottles at the moment, however a google search does return vases and paperweights.   

There is an R Gandelman perfume bottle for sale on eBay at the moment, in which the seller has included an image of the signature, if you want to compare them.
