Title: Unusual art glass tiger stripe & Silver Foil Inclusions Bowl Italian??

This bowl has a lot going on in it and seem's well made good symmetry on the folded rim, The color is hard to describe pictures do it better. The base has lots of surface scuffs from use and a lot of silver foil inclusions.
9" diameter approx.
