Title: Ansell Bros. 1932 Trinket Set Advert

Images are from a 1932 Pottery Gazette advert. 

Ansell Bros. are listed under "London Merchants, Factors, and Importers Selling China, Earthenware and Glassware." but not under British glass manufacturers.

They're not listed in either my 1922 or 1945 directories.

I've had a very brief look through the GTS site, but haven't been able to spend long looking.  (My daughter's getting married on Thursday!  ;D busy, busy busy!!)

Ooh! Thanks Lindsey, I've not come across Ansell before. They are clearly importers and wholesale distributors, rather than manufacturers.  I will try and match the design to a known pattern to find who they imported from. :)

Hope the wedding goes well tomorrow!
