Hello forum members. I've seen these pieces before with this style base. Could anyone ID it please? Than you fr any input as always.

I have a feeling that this could be Empoli. The body has the same texture as a lot of the Emp balloon glasses and vases. Anyone care to clarify (or disagree)?
