Picked this up today as it was sat looking all bright and shiny on a charity shop shelf. Height is 16cm, top diameter is 14cm. It's green at the bottom and yellow the rest of the way up to the top. Weighty, highly polished base, no indication of maker. I've included a top down view and a shot of the base, plus two side on views. Can anyone point me in the right direction please as I am well out of my comfort zone with this, thanks!

Looks very Czech, first thought was Chribska but Egermann is a strong possibility too:

Thanks John, I had looked at Chribska catalogues but couldn't see a match. Hadn't thought of Egermann so will explore that next. :)
-
Maybe Japanese?

can't see clearly enough from your pix Anne, but assume this one isn't clear cased? Attractive bowl though.
As John mentioned, I too would have thought Chribska, but those and the Egermann appear all to be clear cased.
-
Yes Japan worth a look too. Assumed it is cased, the ribs look like clear.
-
suspect it probably is - think I can see some clear areas in the first and second pix - assume it's just the way the photos have been taken.
-
Yes, the ribs are clear. It's been suggested that it may be Japanese, Hineri or similar, so I went looking and found several Sanyu vases in the same colours as mine but in different shapes, so that seems like a strong possibility.

This looks very similar.

Thanks Nick, I looked at that one yesterday, and there are similarities. The colours in mine are very like one of these two https://www.collectorsweekly.com/stories/135617-two-sanyu-vases-japan
