I'll explain it, briefly. It's a shaggy dog one that goes on and on and on.
All about a little blue man who lives in a little blue house in a little blue street, who commits a little blue crime and is caught by the little blue policemen, put in the little blue van and taken (eventually) to the little blue jail and as the little blue jailkeeper shoves the little blue man into the little blue cell, the little blue jailkeeper says; "In di go!"  ;D ;D ;D
