Title: Studio glass vase, distinctive SC mark within a lozenge

I bought this vase recently. I can't find out who made it, despite the distinctive mark on the base. Anyone have an idea? It measures 19.5 cm high, 9.5 cm across the rim, and 5.5 cm across the base. Thanks.

Just had another look at the mark on the base. It could be SG rather than SC.
