Title: Signed Venini Vase Monogram?

Search high and low to identify designer by the monogram for this vase. No luck. Very thin glass like soffiato. Any help appreciated.

The reminds me to the pieces of Vittorio Zecchin Venini. He died 1978 so if the Number on your vase is a year it could not be himself. But I think this heavy inspired by Zecchin.

It's a 'Svolazzi' vase by Owe Thorssen and Brigitta Karlsson - designed sometime around 1976, if I recall correctly.
