Title: Recent auction finds - 1 of 3
Post by: lesliec on November 23, 2019, 04:27:54 AM
Hi all.  I acquired two examples each of three glass vases at an auction earlier this week and I'd greatly appreciate your help with identification.  I'll post each vase separately so I don't exceed the restriction on the number of attachments.

Let's call this one Vase1.  It's about 19cm tall, has a ruffled top and a distinct pontil mark on the bottom.  Unfortunately, one of the two has a small piece broken out of its ruffles, but the other is perfect.  These little guys glow nicely under UV light.

Bohemian late 19th/early 20th C but it's unlikely you'll find a maker

lesliec, could you please give your topics descriptive subjects rather than as your recent 3 posts. Here's why it matters: https://www.glassmessages.com/index.php/topic,17458.0.html thanks!
