I picked up a set of these tumblers on the US east coast.
They measure 5 1/2" high and 3 1/4" across the top rim. I first thought one of the West Virginia glass companies from the late 1940's / 1950's, but couldn't turn up anything. Perhaps Scandinavian?
Hand crafted, thin walled upper with heavier dimpled base (but open, not a solid bottom). No pontil mark, forest green color.
TIA for any leads.

It is always useful to show two other views I find. One is of the base - from a little to one side - so it is possible to determine if it is flat, dished, unprocessed, etc. Another view is of the item as it would look on a table. The side view makes it look as though it has a reinforced rim - a sure sign of being machine made. However, I can't tell, from your single photo.
