Title: help identify small glass vase

any help appreciated with info on this glass vase had for about 25 years and not seen another to get a perspective, many thanks in advance

Hi  -  regret unable to see you pictures in any detail as the size you've posted at too small.        There are techie tips on the Board to assist, but if you make the first dimension of your images 700, then that will be vastly better.
Are you able to explain whether the decoration is acid etched, machine etched or wheel engraved perhaps, and one more essential picture will be of the underside of the piece, if possible please.
