I desperately need help in identifying this glass Bowl. It has been made more tantalisingly difficult than usual by the etched details on the base. (H680/165) This has not helped me!! The item measures 9.5cm in height and with a rim diameter of 15.8cms. I would describe the rim as folded. I could have got this wrong. It has extensive random bubbles encased- in a light pewter/ grey glass very much in the Biot style. In this case no makers name. Anyone with ideas??

Erik Höglund maybe?

It looks a little more sophisticated than Biot - too few bubbles and their shapes are not random and stretched enough. If somebody has made a mark on it at all, surely it would be Biot rather than something else, if that was what is was?
I'd follow Cat's suggestion. ;D

Thanks Cat I think you are spot on with Erik Höglund . Thank you so much. I have just checked out some of his work and his base mark does look very similar to mine. I do have so much to learn (and so little time)
Thanks also Sue for your interest.

Definitely made by Boda and designed by Erik Hoglund. Some time in the 1950s judging by the pattern number, that pale lilac they used is a lovely subtle colour.
