Hi,I found this piece on eBay and thought it was the right colour for whitefriars Powell glass,It's 23.5 cm in ht,very light with a nice brittle ring .The Pontil is central and it's mould blown with faint horizontal lines, which I couldn't see from the photo I saw before pushing the button,it was advertised as retro vintage but I wonder if it may nit be turn of the century?..any help very welcome thanks.

I'd have thought Stuart by the colour ;D
-
Thanks Keith,do you know when they were doing glass like this?..any examples,ta again

Not sure of the age, it reminded me of this piece which is marked Stuart, I'd have to look up the mark to put an age to it. This is also quite thin with a polished pontil mark.

Keith your a treasure trove of glass!thanks again. If you can be bothered too find a time line for the mark that would be great.Yours hasn't got a folded rim has it ?
-
No folded rim on mine, the mark was used from 1926, how far after that I couldn't say. This piece is pretty much the same shape as yours...

Cheers Kieth, interesting stuff and nice to get an I’d.How many pieces of glass have you got!😂

Another image just for show, I think this was posted on GMB about a year ago.
