Title: Brian Maytum paperweight
Post by: Wuff on December 11, 2019, 05:38:38 PM
I have recently acquired a paperweight signed Maytum Studio, the most plausible (to me) year being 1977.

There is not a lot of info on Brian Maytum online. All I found was that he received a degree from the University of Colorado and has his studio in Boulder (Colorado). Does anyone have more info? If yes, this would be appreciated.

I know the name and I associate it with very high quality work by reputation, rather than having seen any.
I can't help more than that.

Get in touch with Rick-Pam Pfliger on the Facebook group Paperweight Heaven...I am sure he can fill in lots of details.

Another excellent source I found to be 'Sonnovab Bob Kegeles' who is also a member of Paperweight Heaven.  He has a small Album of Brian Maytum's works as well.  I will probably add some bits shortly.
