Hello! Can anyone identify the Czech maker who used/uses this label? Thanks!

It is looking annoyingly familiar, but I can't track it down anywhere.
The way the blue is worked, looks a bit like Prachen.

Sorry, I have modified my post after you replied.....was rushing to post as my dinner was ready lol.  Morava not Morova.

Could you add a picture of the base for reference, in case anyone is trying to identify an unlabelled piece?
