This isn’t quite as boring as I first thought. The areas that have the silver painted on are actually raised. The undecorated surface of the glass has been acid cut back, then the raised areas have been painted with the silver.
I was thinking (...guessing) it is a salt, possibly 1900? Seems a bit odd going to the trouble of the acid cut back as you can’t really see the design properly unless you pick it up - maybe it was part of a table set with matching larger pieces? Is acid cutback common on this sort of small item? I’ve had a look online at acid cut back but not really got anywhere, it’s not always clear what you’re looking at. Be good to know a maker?
The base looks flat although there is more wear around the edge. There is the same satin texture all over, inside and out. It is 8cm diameter and 3cm high. Rings nicely when flicked. Thanks, Mike.

Around 1900 is spot on and Bohemian, decorated by Karl Goldberg in Haida with the blanks probably made locally. Vases with this silver deposit decoration are usually fairly small, all sorts of motifs crop up.

Don't know about Poshinger but others definitely, when are there not others? ;D
