Title: Floral Atomiser set frosted glass ‘Joy Shine’

Anyone recognise the age and maker? Looks like a snail with ‘Joy Shine’ inside.

I have seen Joy Shine and a Snail in photos of a similar set, also similar to others which have Made in Taiwan on the box, unsure of any age.
