Title: ID Request : Chunky 'Ice Cube' Dish?!

very hefty, moulded glass using familiar-looking natural or found shapes as basis for mould.

height 5cm
width 12.5cm (top), 10cm (base)

any help appreciated. can't ID this after many attempts.
