Title: Help identify large glass vase

Please could I have some help with identifying this glass vase. This is a large vase stands just short of 25cm and is roughly the same width. It has an imperfect circular Pontil to the base.

Could we have a photo of the base as well please, as bases can often tell us quite a bit even when not marked. Thanks!

I strongly suspect contemporary Chinese, from both the base and the general appearance.
