Title: Replica of 19th century glass?
Post by: JohnHoeksma on February 24, 2020, 08:13:35 AM: I really assume this drinking-?- glass is a replica but it looks very old. After some research it resembles a rare german type of blue edge glass called -Blaurandglas Kutscherglas Wachtmeister. The blue edge on my glass is quite different and not as thin.
I am a beginner in glass collecting and i bought two of these glasses at a second hand store for a few euros because i like them and i really do not think that they are old, rare and expensive.
I am more curious where this type of glass comes from - if anyone knows.
