Title: Vase from France?

I just bought this small vase and to me it is indistinct signed but i guess the last word is France;
the height is about 19 cm and around the glass are five curves.

ps,
i thought that Daum was typical Art Deco glass but i just read that they are still producing glass; maybe someone can tell me how old this vase is and if it is of any value at all.
