Title: An American Pattern? ID = Federal Glass

Looking for a US friend - she broke one of these plates and is now desparately looking for a replacement.

I do not recognize this pattern as European, therefore please have a look...

I believe this is by Federal Glass, in the "Winchester Bubble & Sunflower" pattern.

I've got about 25 printed books on American glass and could not find it. And not knowing how to describe this pattern left it impossible to decide where to start looking on the net!
