the size of 320 x 240 is some way short of the allowable maximum for the GMB - the first dimension of which can be up to 700.
Not sure how you are taking the pix, but assuming their full size is substantially larger, then you will need to re-size  -  obviously the ideal method when uploading images to the GMB is to save your pix to your own photo library on your pc  -  then edit with something like Picasa and re-size with another freebie programme such as IrfanView  -- both programmes are free to download.

If none of this is available, you can send your pix to Anne (Moderator) who will do the necessary and up-load to the Board for you.

Regret I don't recognize your tankard - it's attractive  -  when you say 'catalogues', can you advise which ones  -  it will save us doubling up and we won't then search those you've already looked at  -  thanks :)

Hi and welcome to the board. You will find help with resizing images in my help topic here https://www.glassmessages.com/index.php/topic,34093.0.html, but if you get stuck please do email me at support@glassmessages.com with copies directly as Paul suggests, and I'll sort them and add them for you.
