Title: pressed glass salt for I/D - ID = John Derbyshire
Post by: malcmat on April 07, 2020, 09:49:43 AM
I think this is a pressed glass salt dish but not sure if that's the right description for it.
Heavy ware on base 2.5 inches tall and 3.5 inches dia at rim. Diamond pattern on main body.
Many thanks
Malcolm

Just found what could be a possible mark for John Derbyshire its very faint deep in the concave bowl. Cannot get the image of it but can see something with a mag glass.

Yes that's a John Derbyshire unregistered salt, pattern number 308, which should be stamped on the glass somewhere along with the jd anchor
