Title: Help identify a decanter

Would appreciate any help identifying this wine decanter.  Originally purchased between 1997 - 2000 from David Jones department store in Melbourne.  Sadly, too young to recall price or maker.  There are no identifying name, initials or numbers on the decanter to assist.
