Title: Sea Glasbruk (?) vase. Can anyone help with the marks on the base

Hi.  Found this in the North West of England.  Measures 22.5 cm tall x approx 5 cm in diameter at the widest part.  what looks like a ground out polished pontil to the base and also marked to the base SEA (in lower case letters) also with V (?) plus another letter (or a scratch) and X or K  followed by 8 or B with possibly a 1 (or scratch) at the end.  Any help much appreciated.
