This is a 9" vase in the more unusual amber uranium glass. I am very inclined to say that this is a Murano piece mostly because of the rough snapped pontil which I associate with Murano glass. A name that has cropped up in research is Vittorio Zecchin who worked for Venini and others in the 1920's-30's but at the moment that is speculation. I've seen amber pieces by him named as "Opalina" which might indicate uranium. Any thoughts welcome.

It's much more likely English IMO. The foot is raised so it doesn't need a polished pontil mark. If I had to choose I would say perhaps Richardson because of the shade of amber/yellow.
