I’ve not been able to find a similar one online.
Is it Erik Höglund or something else?
Light blue bubbly glass, flat on reverse, pierced. 6 cm across.

It might be a pendant rather than a suncatcher if it's only 6cm across?

I have tried to find pendants and suncatchers.
I’m hoping someone will recognise the design but it sounds like there were a few makers and modern ones too.m

I found one picture for an old Etsy listing - described as a Bang Holmegaard suncatcher.
Does that sound right?
