Title: Three colour signed dish = ID = Ivima, Portuguese

This dish measures 132mm across and 35mm high.
Light blue in the centre, white in the middle and the main colour on the outside is a strange dark olive?
That was the best picture i could get of the acid etched signature.
It appears to be bird figure between the two sets of letters.
