Title: Art Deco tray on curved base. Any info please?

Hello all,
Can anyone give an ID for this splendid tray please? The base, I feel, should give it away. I have looked on Pamela's website but can't find it. I've also tried Blackpoppy too. Any info, as always, is much appreciated. Thank you.

Pieces with the curved foot have usually been attributed to Hermanova/Stolzle but don't appear in the catalogues available. They could be by Hortensja or was there some copying going on  ???.

Thank you Nev for your input. It is a minefield, especially with a lot of these companies copying each other.
